Terms for freight brokers using Bookd's white-label instant pay platform.
Last updated: January 2025
Note: These terms provide a general overview of the Bookd partnership. Detailed factoring agreements and partner contracts will be provided during onboarding and must be signed before any funding occurs.
Bookd provides a white-label instant pay platform for freight brokers ("Partner"). Through this partnership, you can offer your truckers instant payment on completed loads under your own brand, while Bookd handles funding and collections behind the scenes.
No capital or collateral required from Partner. Bookd funds all transactions using our own capital.
For early pay, truckers receive 96% of the requested amount (4% fee). For normal pay, truckers receive 100%.
Free tier ($0/mo): You keep 3% of the 4% fee, we keep 1%. 50 transactions/month.
Pro tier ($100/mo): You keep 100% of the 4% fee. 200 transactions/month.
Enterprise tier ($500/mo): You keep 100% of the 4% fee. Unlimited transactions, white-label, API access.
You fund early pay from money you already owe the trucker. No new capital required. You approve the request, send the funds, and keep your share of the fee immediately.
Example: Trucker requests $1,000 early pay. You approve. Trucker receives $960 (96%). You keep $40 (4% on Pro) or $30 (3% on Free). No collections, no waiting.
You receive a branded portal with your logo, colors, and domain. Your truckers see only your branding — Bookd remains invisible to them.
This is a recourse factoring arrangement. If the shipper fails to pay or there is a valid dispute, the trucker may be required to repurchase the receivable. Full recourse terms provided in the factoring agreement during onboarding.
Either party may terminate at any time with 7 days written notice. No termination fees. Upon termination, outstanding obligations remain due.
Bookd's liability is limited to fees earned on any individual transaction. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
