How It Works
What is Bookd? +
Bookd is a white-label instant pay platform for freight brokers. You offer instant pay to your truckers under your own brand, and we handle the funding and collections behind the scenes.
How does white-label work? +
Your truckers see your branding — your logo, your portal, your name. They don't know Bookd exists. You get credit for offering a valuable service while we handle everything on the backend.
How fast can we launch? +
Most brokers are live within a few days. We set up your branded portal, integrate with your workflow, and you're ready to go.
Do I need to put money down? +
No. Bookd funds everything. You don't put up any capital. We take on the funding risk and collections.
Pricing & Revenue
What's the fee structure? +
For early pay, truckers get 96% same-day (4% fee). For normal pay, truckers get 100%. Free tier: You keep 3%, we take 1%. Pro ($100/mo): You keep 100% of the 4%. Enterprise ($500/mo): Same as Pro, plus unlimited transactions, white-label, and API access.
How do I make money? +
You earn from the 4% early pay fee. On $500K monthly volume with 50% early pay requests, that's $10,000/month. Pro & Enterprise keep 100%. Free tier keeps 3% (about $7,500). Transaction limits apply: Free (50/mo), Pro (200/mo), Enterprise (unlimited).
When do I get paid? +
You earn when the trucker requests early pay. The 4% comes directly from the early pay amount — you fund from money you already owe the trucker. No collections, no waiting on shippers.
Is there a minimum volume? +
No minimums. Whether your truckers use it once a month or every day, you earn on every transaction. No commitments, no contracts.
Your Truckers
How do truckers get paid? +
After delivering a load, the trucker submits their rate confirmation, BOL, and POD through your branded portal. We verify with you and fund them fast.
What documents do truckers need? +
Rate confirmation, Bill of Lading (BOL), and Proof of Delivery (POD). Standard freight documentation they already have.
Do truckers need to sign up with Bookd? +
Truckers sign up through YOUR portal with YOUR branding. They agree to your terms. It's your service offering — we're just the engine behind it.
What if a trucker doesn't deliver? +
We don't fund until delivery is confirmed. We verify every load with you before releasing payment. No POD, no payment.
Platform & Support
What branding options do I have? +
Full white-label: your logo, your colors, your domain. Truckers interact with your brand only. We stay invisible.
Do I get a dashboard? +
Yes. You get a real-time dashboard showing all transactions, pending payments, and your earnings. Full visibility into your instant pay program.
